Here's how you can update the applicant's details, such as their name, date of birth, or address, etc. It's a straightforward process using your property admin access.
Any information correction for an existing applicant should be done by the property managers.
- After logging in using your admin access, choose the correct property where the application is:

- Search and select the applicant's name, then click the Applicant Info Tab, select the tab where correction is needed, and then make the change.

- After making the change, click update, and you're all set.
